FAO food and agriculture statistics collects and disseminates timely and reliable food and agricultural statistics globally. 

Food Research and Action Center

FRAC charts participation in the federal nutrition programs through monthly updates, annual publications, and additional research.

USDA Food Access Research Atlas

Presents an overview of food access indicators for low-income and other census tracts using different measures of supermarket accessibility.

FoodNet

National data and reports on food and waterborne illnesses.

FooDB

World’s largest and most comprehensive resource on food constituents, chemistry and biology. It provides information on both macronutrients and micronutrients, including many of the constituents that give foods their flavor, color, taste, texture and aroma. Each chemical entry in the FooDB contains more than 100 separate data fields covering detailed compositional, biochemical and physiological information (obtained from the literature).
