On macOS, from the top menu bar: zoom.us > Preferences
In the Settings window, on the left, will be a list, select "Background & Effects".
You can now select the available photos/effects in the Virtual Backgrounds, or click the plus sign icon to upload one.
On Windows, in the Zoom application window, click on your profile picture (top right of the Zoom window).
Select "Settings" (gear icon).

Finally, you can also sign in to https://ncat.zoom.us/, access your settings there, and under the "Meeting" heading, find "Virtual background" (located quite far down on this screen), and click "Manage virtual background(s)".
If you are unable to create your own images or creative assets, there are resources available online for ethical use. As content creators ourselves, it is important to respect the rights of other content creators by providing credit and ethically sourcing creative assets in our own work.
