Resources to Support Online Learning During COVID-19 Outbreak

This guide contains links to resources that have been made available to support the transition to online learning during the Spring 2020 Semester due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Having problems access resources from off campus? Try these steps.

Here are some common steps to take if you have trouble accessing the library's resources while the university is conducting online learning.

1. Make sure you are logging in correctly! Use your OneID, which is what appears before the @ symbol in your email address. Do not enter @ncat.edu or @aggies.ncat.edu. If you are entering your OneID and password correctly and still can't log in, visit campus Information Technology Services' OneID page for assistance.

2. If you log in and see a message like the one pictured below, please email ktsilton@ncat.edu with either a screenshot or the text of the message.

This depicts an error with logging into library resources from off campus. It says "Oops! It looks like you have attempted to view a page that has not been configured for access."

3. If you are trying to access an ebook or article and are asked to login or given an option to purchase, please search the catalog for the book or journal title before seeking extra help.
